“Ultra Modern Contemporary Accommodation in the Heart of Valletta”
Impeccable stay

From the outset booking on for about a month's stay was wonderfully facilitated by the sole letting agency that manages the property. From there, our airport pickup also handled by the above went super smoothly and we were pleasantly welcomed to the flat dab in the heart of Valletta.
Very strategically located to venture around all of Malta, the accommodation is exactly as advertised and photographed! So you can really count on what you read and see well before arriving. Nestled in comfort, fine finishings and the nice separations of living and sleeping areas, this flat served as an ideal location for our purposes of retreating in and touring the amazing island of Malta!
The bonus came in being acquainted with Claire and Gino who co-own the building. They graciously took us out for a wonderful dinner around the corner and allowed us the great privilege of getting to know them through the all so famous Maltese hospitality! We can't thank them enough for the kindness they extended us!!
We also want to warmly thank Marcin, Nicolina and Josette who all played key roles in facilitating our stay and really encourage others to partake of this wonderful offering!!
We have zero hesitation in joyously recommending this truly exquisite flat to all visitors of Malta!! You won't be disappointed!!
“Better than we imagined...”

You've researched - viewed properties - made your selection. The description is perfect, reviews are good and the photos look great. But when you actually arrive, well, some things just aren't as they seemed. You know the feeling. Well, not with Ta' Trejni.
This villa was absolutely perfect, more beautiful than we could have imagined. Well appointed, comfortable and convenient. The location is on the west side of Malta, about 25 minutes from the airport. Just a short stroll into the village and to the ever popular, The Cliffs restaurant.
We dealt with a management company in booking the villa and very request we had was professionally fulfilled. After visiting Valletta and the very touristy surrounding areas, we we so happy to have chosen Ta' Trejni. Just wonderful. You won't be disappointed.
“Fab. Fab fab!!!!”

This apartment is simply stunning! We arrived late at night with my husband's parents and our 1 year old daughter. We were welcomed by the housekeeper and she went through the details of the apartment. We were overwhelmed by the size of the place! It's ideal for families and young children. The rooms were large and trendy. Living area and kitchen very stylish and immaculate. The pool is lovely, never crowded and offers plenty of shaded areas. The location is ideal for restaurants, bus stop and supermarket. Just a short bus ride to the beach or 20 minute downhill walk, however I recommend getting a bus back up as the hill can be rather steep in certain areas.
We have no negative comments about Melville and will be recommending it to friends and family in the future.
“Own Little paradise”

We rented he house off-season for a week to explore Malta, have a good rest and hopefully get a first sun tan. The house is fully equipped to easily have 10 people, so with just six we had plenty of space, also on a cloudy day sitting inside. But the best was about to come, as we were very lucky to have fantastic weather, the garden and pool area are very spacious and gives you a feeling of your own holiday resort.
The agency was extremely helpfull, both before we arrived (good recommendations) and after, as they arranged local staff at any moment to ensure a pleasant stay .
Maltese people are very helpfull, but the service delivered by Holiday Lets was outstanding. One minor thing: the old Red Farm was a bit damp in February.

We stayed at this fantastic apartment for one week at the end of April and we loved it!
We booked a transfer with Paul and our pick up from the airport and check in was all very efficient. We were all very impressed with the apartment and it is just as it is advertised on the website, absolutely beautiful :)
It is a very spacious, modern apartment well laid out. It has balconies to the front (overlooking bay) and to the rear, all with superb views. It is in private secure complex and it is nice and quiet. It is in a great location in St Pauls Bay, close to the shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop just across the road, and the buses go to the terminus @ Bugibba where you can get a bus to anywhere on the island. There are also boat trips that depart just accross the road from St Pauls Bay.
The Gillieru Harbour Hotel is opposite the apartment and they have a roof top pool. We told them we were staying in Porto Paolo and asked if it would be possible to pay to use their pool and they said yes and it is was €5 per day. So this is a very good option :)
The kitchen in the apartment is great with all mod cons and utensils if you want to cook & dine in apartment. There are also plenty of restaurants close by, ones we would recommend are: Tarragon (booking advised) / Venus / Portobello / and The Gillieru Restaurant.
We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back and stay here again!!

We spent 2 weeks with friends and family here and truly had the time of our lives! The views are breathtaking and location is perfect if you don't want to drive. Close to many restaurants and shops, not too touristy but close enough if you want to be touristy. Thank you very much to Paul for your help and patience! If we ever make it back to Malta we would not hesitate to stay here again. The apartment is very spacious and modern, highly recommend ! From the Canadians!
